This week we proudly showcase our brother, Sonny Partola. Sonny is an exemplary Alpha Kappa Psi member, always ready and willing to engage and take responsibility. If you haven’t had the pleasure of making his acquaintance, simply look up “charming” in the dictionary and next to this is a picture of Sonny. Brother Partola isn’t afraid to exercise his strong work ethic at his internship with the Utah State Court system. Furthermore, he is always the first member offering to help where the fraternity needs it. As a result, he is one of our most reliable members. Fun fact about our hard working brother? He speaks three languages fluently: English, Punjabi, and Hindi! We asked Sonny what he enjoys and what is important to him, he said this:
I enjoy working with students from different communities . . . in educational settings. Promoting diversity, collegiate unity, and equity is important to me. . . . I hope that one day we can live in a society where every child believes that they have the potential to attain an education, whether it’s high school, college, or even getting a PhD.
